Charles de Munter	Charles de Munter is the Chairman of EOS Nederland's Board of Directors. After his higher education at the faculty of business and information management at Hogeschool Ghent (Mercator), he started as receivables collector at Intrum Justitia in 1996. He was working as Intrum's operations manager for Belgium before he joined EOS as Regional Director France and BeNeLux in 2010. With his profound industry and market knowledge, Charles de Munter focuses on the company's strategic development, sales and human resources.
Paul de Kruijff	Paul de Kruijff, a member of the board of EOS Nederland, brings nearly 30 years of industry experience with him. After completing a law degree at the University of Tilburg, he began his career working for one of EOS’s competitors. He has been with EOS Nederland since it was founded in 1981 (under the name Euro Incasso-Dienst until March 2009). Paul de Kruijff is responsible for operations, finance and IT.
Marc van der Waal	Marc van der Waal is on the board of EOS Nederland. He studied business management at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and previously worked for car importers in the areas of sales and marketing, and as a project director for an IT company in the UK. He entered the financial services industry working as the marketing director for a self-insurance company, before joining EOS Field Services Netherlands (today a division of EOS Nederland) in 2007 as branch manager. Marc van der Waal is responsible for the sales and field service areas.
